In fact, 189 of those have been filed as of July 10, 2018. 38 of those were filed yesterday. Think about that. That’s an average of 25 bankruptcy petitions filed per day. Everyday, 25 people are feeling the relief knowing that they have taken the step forward to change their lives for the better and get the financial help they need.
Denver Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Lawyer: 2018 Statistics for Chapter 13 Bankruptcies Filed in Colorado
Chapter 13 bankruptcy is not as common as Chapter 7, so there are not as many filings of this type of bankruptcy per year. As of July 2018, 1,312 Chapter 13 petitions have been filed with the Colorado bankruptcy court. 60 of those were filed in this month – 17 just yesterday.
